Halldis managed to find the perfect location and accomodation for our three day stop in Milan. The apartment actually exceeded all our expectations, and made our stay a premium experience and great value for money. The service was brilliant. There is no doubt I will contact Halldis again next time going to Milan and Italy.

wir hatten ein paar wünderschöne tage und das wetter war auch sehr warm:-)) bis auf die zwei letzen tage:-(( die wohnung war klasse und marais ist ein sehr lebendiges virtel in paris:-))ich hätte noch verbesserunsg vorschläge für die wohnung! wäre es möglich einen zweiten kleiderschrank zustellen und ein paar weingläser! ansonsten hatte alles gestimmt:-)) ich denke das wir wieder mal bei ihnen wohnen werden!!!

"My partner and I stayed in this apartment for a week and truly had an exceptional stay. It is well equipped for either a long or short stay. We especially appreciated the Washer/Dryer, Internet, Cable TV (with CNN), modern kitchen, and having a second ½ bath. The location is exceptional just a short walk to Hotel de Ville Metro – but best of all the Marais Neighborhood is full of great restaurants and night spots. Although it’s on a busy street, the apartment faces an inside courtyard which is so quiet at night and mornings you can comfortably sleep with windows open which is a true rarity for Paris. The building is very old and charming but the apartment has been completely remodeled with all modern conveniences and tastefully decorated. There is even a nice library of guide books the owners left for visitors. Marco from Halldis was very helpful and courteous and made sure we were had everything we needed. Check –in and check-out was quick and easy. This is a great company and a wonderful apartment. We will definitely be back!"

Je veux vous dire ma satisfaction concernant la location de l'appartement LISTA DI SPAGNA à Venise.
J'ai beaucoup apprécié le sérieux de HALLDIS ,dans la transaction, la rapidité et la gentillesse de vos réponses à chacun de mes e-mail. Sebastiano fut au rendez-vous et l'appartement se révèla conforme à votre description.
Je souhaite toutefois vous faire quelques observations qui pourront vous permettre d'améliorer encore vos prestations.
J'ai été surprise de la légèreté de "l'état des lieux" (l'appartement est riche en mobilier, bibelots etc...) placards et tiroirs sont assez encombrés .Rien ne fut vérifié ni à l'arrivée ni au départ puisque la consigne était de fermer la porte en laissant les clés !
Mon expérience de nombreuses locations m'a permis de vérifier combien il est prècieux de trouver dans l'appartement un dossier d'instruction concernant le fonctionnement des appareils, des indications sur les compteurs d'eau et d'électricité ,quelques informations sur les commerces de proximité ,etc...Je pense que cela manque , même si Sébastiano nous a dit être disponible à tous moments.
Autres petites remarques, plus légères : dans cet appartement pour 4, assez riche en vaisselle, il est dommage de ne trouver aucune "grande cafetière" (les français ne déjeunent pas avec un minuscule expresso !) pas de théière ni la moindre carafe, pas de petite "poubelle" dans la salle de bain...
Il suffirait de peu pour rendre cette location parfaite !
Je n'hésiterai donc pas à retourner sur le site de votre agence pour une prochaine location et je la recommandrai sans hésiter. Merci et bien cordialement à vous

The view from the living room is going to the surounding gardens and very nice in Spring time. The area although busy and many shops around is calm and safe, the bus connection to the centre is quick and available any time."

и Вам спасибо за прекрасную работу! мы получили огромное удовольствие от поездки и огромную роль в этом сыграло место: район, дом, сама квартира. Так что благодаря Вашим рекомендациям и четкой работе в наших парижских каникулах были одни положительные эмоции.(…)
Вкратце из впечатлений относительно квартиры и места (код 1073, Rue d' Ecosse, 5й округ). 1) Латинский квартал - место которое наиболее полно отвечало всем нашим представлениям о Париже (Маре нам понравился меньше, до поездки мы выбирали между этими двумя кварталами). До Пантеона меньше 5 минут, тупик улицы Ecosse=стена Сорбонны, 5 - 7 минут до Нотр-Дама, сад Люксембург в 10 - 15 и т.д. Честно говоря, когда вышли в первый раз гулять и увидели как все близко - ....(…) Кафе, ресторанчики и проч. на каждом углу. Везде вечером аншлаг студентов и туристов. Еще, если спуститься к бульвару Сен-Жермен между двумя входами в метро будет замечательный ряд торговых лавочек: сыр, вино, овощи-фрукты и проч. Супермаркет тоже есть, но приятно было закупаться именно в таких открытых лавочках:) после того как поняли, насколько вкусны круассаны и как много их видов, считали своим долгом утром проснуться пораньше и сбегать за свежей булкой. В общем, такой милый парижский быт, может быть современным парижанам уже не очень-то и свойственный и больше заточенный под туристов. Но нам казалось, что это как в старом французском кино. А! (…)
2) Дом старый (как нам сказали 18го века), но состояние хорошее. Впечатлила старая деревянная лестница, деревянные балки перекрытий (может быть элемент интереьера, но выглядят достоверно), маленький дворик при входе (совсем крохотный, но типично парижский). Два этажа дома напротив, которые были видны из окна, имели нежилой вид. В целом наличие вида на стену (окно в окно) не напрягало. Вместо штор там роль-ставни (автоматические жалюзи).
3) кофе-машину в описании квартиры лучше заменить на кофеварку для экспрессо:) в представлении российской публики машина это что-то с кнопками, фильтрами и т.п. Причем наличие такой кофеварки - действительно преимущество. Даже порадовались что в последний момент выложили френч-пресс, который всюду с собой таскаем. 4) интернетом не воспользовались, не повезли с собой ноутбук из соображений безопасности, район спокойный, в общем-то пожалели. Для поездки в Париж двум продвинутым аспирантам интеренет и компьютер очень кстати пришелся бы. Ну да впрочем, сами виноваты. Просто лэптоп с выходом в сеть - лучший путеводитель и справочник, молчу про музыку, место для сбрасывания гигабайтов фотографий и т.п.:)
5) общее впечатление о квартире соответствует тому что на сайте: уютная и со вкусом обставленная. Я бы даже сказала "с художественным вкусом". Как то сразу стало понятно, что хозяйка - женщина и итальянка...Да! Лично я очень люблю Италию.Next time - Венеция. Обязательно аппартаменты через Ваше агенство. Но это уже в следующем году, тоже весной. Оговорюсь сразу, что в Венеции я уже была, но хочу вернуться.
6) аппартаменты - лучший вариант! я всегда это подозревала, но не думала, что настолько! Просто ощущение своего дома (хоть и временного) оно ни с каким отелем не сравнится. Марко (представитель компании) был любезен. Понравилась ненавязчивость сервиса. Если что-то нужно - обращайтесь (нужен был утюг, но потом нашли в шкафу за горой сменного белья, которой кстати не воспользовались), а так полное ощущение свободы и собственного дома. Ну или по крайней мере у нас такое было. В гостиницах сервис все таки избыточен. Молчу про чаевые, про которые всегда не понимаю зачем оставляю.
7) (…) Наверное Вы сейчас улыбнетесь, но русский человек совершенно не привык видеть в качестве съемного жилья квартиру, где есть АБСОЛЮТНО ВСЕ для комфортной жизни.

Думаю ни у кого прежде не было подобного опыта проживания. Это, безусловно, останется в памяти у всех, кто здесь жил. Очень важно то, что она оборудована всем необходимым для нормального проживания, вплоть до мелочей. И, конечно, место расположения квартиры просто замечательное. Нам очень понравилось наше путешествие.

"We stayed in Venice for a week in February 2009 in the Santa Marina apartment. This was for a family holiday with 2 adults and 4 children, which we enjoyed very much. We were impressed by all aspects of the Halldis service - the apartment was spacious, bright and had a brand new kitchen. We took a water taxi to Santa Marina and were met by Sebastiano at the landing jetty, which was just yards from the front door of the apartment. He showed us the apartment and it's facilities, and he was very friendly and helpful on a couple of occasions when I had to call him with some queries. The apartment is perfectly located for exploring Venice - minutes from the Rialto bridge and only a little further to the main San Marco area as well. There is also a supermarket within a couple of minutes walking distance and several restaurants as well. I would recommend Halldis to friends and family, and will certainly use them again for Venice or other European destinations. Many thanks again for helping to make our stay so enjoyable."

"Ottimo servizio sotto ogni punto di vista. Sia nella scelta dell’appartamento più adatto alle mie necessità sia nella gestione del rapporto di locazione.Sono stato seguito in ogni fase con efficienza e rapidità da Simone Fusi localmente e da tutto lo staff amministrativo per la parte più burocratica e doumentale. In particolare il mio soggiorno prevede una lunga pemanenza ed è capitato che ci fosse necesstià di piccoli interventi di manutenzione: tutto è stato risolto nel giro di brevissimo tempo senza alcun contrattempo. Vista la durata del mio soggiorno, peraltro ancora in corso, sono intervenuto nella personalizzazione dell’arredamento dell’appartemento che comunque presentava già tutto il necessario sentirsi a ‘casa’.

"We found the apartment to be very well placed, the RER & the metro were only a short distance away. the bus stop was even nearer so we were quickly down to the main sightseeing areas, Notre Dame , the Louvre, the Place de la Concorde, and the Champs Elysees.

The apartment had great charm being in a typical Paris block, it was very comfortable and well equipped. The Italian delicatesen and the other shops of the Quartier were very useful if one did not want to go to restaurants all the time.

We would not hesitate to go back there, it gave us exactly what we wanted, somewhere easily accessible where we could come and go as we pleased.

"Ho trascorso 4 giorni di vacanza a Parigi nell'appartamento di Rue de Thorigny, comodo e molto più confortevole di un albergo. L'appartamento era perfettamente rispondente alle descrizioni, silenzioso, moderno e molto pulito. Le dotazioni della casa sono più che soddisfacenti, con un unico neo: sul fornello ipertecnologico non si riesce a far funzionare la macchinetta per il caffè! Marco è stato molto gentile e disponibile e l'esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva e da consigliare."

"Suggestions:

Apartment could do with some freshening up (fresh paint, knobs on drawers!, move pictures out of W/C into living area--the bathroom was the nicest room for atmosphere (imagine)--electrical wiring looked scary) which would not be costly to do. The chairs, sofa and bed were all low to the ground and would be difficult for an older person or anyone with mobility issues to get in and out of. Basic instructions for guests on operation of appliances (oven feature on microwave, washer/dryer, TV) would be helpful. The first time I used the washing machine, it was on for hours! Then I found the Express feature.

Comments:

Halldis personnel were reliable and very friendly and pleasant to deal with, both before and during our stay.
The Location could not have been better!! A lovely, quiet street. For serious walkers, all the sites and more were within striking distance. Metro, small groceries, farmer's market, bakeries, butcher shop, fish shop, pharmacy were all incredibly handy.

Un solo piccolo problema riguardo la connessione internet segnalata in scheda ma non presente, l'agenzia ha però dimostrato tutta la sua buona volontà nel risolvere il problema. La localizzazione dell'alloggio (a due passi da Notre Dame) è strategica e la vicinanza con la RER B consente comodi collegamenti con l'aeroporto CDG. "If you are looking for a Home-away-from-Home stylish apartment in the centre of Paris this is the one for you. We arrived to a warm apartment that overlooked the Eiffel Tower, as promoted by the website, we were able to walk less than 5mins down the road to take fantastic photos of the tower at night or just sit in and look at it thru our window while watching TV. How great is that. The Passy Metro station was 2mins walk and if you buy a Mobilis card for £5.80 it will get you to all the major landmark sites from this apartment within 10mins. We loved the kitchen and large Plasma TV but the best was the Large footed bathtub to soak in at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Everything you needed for short or long stay was in this apartment and shops close by. We loved every minute of our stay in Paris and the apartment just topped it off. It was my 2nd time in the city and my niece's first - we will definately tell friends about this place. Halldis staff provided prompt and helpful customer service which is a rare thing today....we appreciated all their help. Aussies get in quick to this place before this rare find is booked out. "Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Bruxelles et l'appartement nous a plu. Le frigidaire ne fonctionnait pas, mais se sera le seul reproche que nous ayons à faire pour l'appartement du 21 rue souveraine. Il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas plus de documents sur Bruxelles et les curiosités du quartier dans l'appartement avec par exemple un plan du métro et les différents resto.

Nous avons séjourné à Venise, dans l'appartement San Marco 2. Cet appartement se trouve à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la place Saint Marc, et à moins de 5 minutes à pied de l'arrêt San Marco Vallaresso des vaporettis,
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sébastiano.
L'appartement est tel qu'on le décrit sur le site halldis.com.
La cuisine, le coin séjour, la salle de bains et la chambre à coucher sont vraiment accueillantes.
Si vous y séjournez, vous pourrez dormir tranquilles. La chambre est bien isolée: on n'entend aucun bruit quand on s'y trouve.
Nous tenons à remercier particulièrement Hélène Rogister, qui a répondu chaque fois à nos nombreuses questions, que ce soit par e-mail, ou par téléphone. C'est une véritable professionnelle, et de plus Hélène est d'une gentillesse extrême.
Quant à Venise...prenez au moins une semaine de location pour visiter à votre rythme (10 jours, ce serait même mieux!). La ville est plus que magnifique: n'oubliez surtout pas d'aller visiter le musée Ca' Rezzonico! Une merveille, tant en peintures, sculptures, qu'en décorations des diverses salles du musée. Un régal pour les yeux!
Allez sur cette petite île de Torcello...qui vous dépaysera totalement... Et, pour organiser vos visites, pour faire des achats authentiques (et non made in..."ailleurs"), nous vous conseillons le site suivant, gratuit et très bien fait (par deux amoureux de Venise) et de plus en Français:

The property was Largo Degli Osci 22 in Tibortina, Rome.
The area was very good, we were amazed at the large gatherings of young people every night, into the early hours of the morning. they were very well behaved and the noise was filtered out by the double glazing, we felt very safe wandering about this location and found the local restaurants to be very reasonably priced with good quality food. There was a fairly regular Bus service into Termini and the Metro was a short bus ride away. We found the 3 day bus/metro ticket very useful for getting about and can be bought from small local kiosks or tobacco shops. There was a fruit and vegetable market outside the apartment where we could buy fresh produce each day.
The Apartment itself was of a very high standard with every modern appliance. The air conditioning in the bedrooms did not work properly . We had problems initially with communication on arrival, the owner had not taken steps to ensure they were able to be contacted on their mobile which was very frustrating as we could not tell them when we arrived at the airport.
Over all we had a very good time and would consider booking again although it was a bit expensive.”

"We did enjoy our stay at 270.8.1 Avenue Louise. The apartment was very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. I will say that extra pillows would be nice and an alarm clock too. Also, there is no hairdryer. If I had known this, I would have packed these items. As it was, I needed to buy these things. Most Americans do expect a hairdryer and clock as even really cheap places here supply them. Other than these small problems, I would certainly recomend the accomodations. It is a beautiful view with the trees in front and the location is convinient for the trams. Your service was excellent and I will call on Halldis again in the future. (...)

En dehors de quelques achats faits (dans des magasins à 5-10 mn à pied) pour gérer la vaisselle quotidienne, tout le nécessaire était à disposition.
C'est donc le type d'appartement que je conseillerais à mes amis ou que je relouerais si le besoin se représenter à nouveau. Halldis est un "bon plan" à retenir !

Vicino ad ogni comodità, negozi bar autobus ecc. L'alloggio è stato pitturato con colori forti e moderni che ne esaltano l'eleganza, gli arredi seppur di qualità non elevata sono stati accuratamente scelti e posizionati, il tutto in modo molto funzionale. Nel complesso non si può che esprimere un giudizio più che positivo sull'appartamento e sulla gestione dello stesso, prenoterò in tempo utile il mio prossimo soggiorno a Catania per ottenere lo stesso appartamento."

"Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie entsprach den Ankündigungen im Internet, die dort veröffentlichten Photos entsprachen den Gegebenheiten.

Positiv an der Wohnung ist die zentrale Lage; die Wohnung ist hell und sonnig (Morgensonne), weil sie im dritten Stock liegt. Allerdings muss man Treppen steigen! Das Haus ist angenehm und ziemlich ruhig.
Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung besonders gut geeignet, weil ein Schlafzimmer nach hinten heraus und entsprechend sehr ruhig ist. Das andere Schlafzimmer liegt zur Straße hin und ist laut. Es ist sehr sauber (Holzböden!), die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und funktional.
Gutes Bett!

Was unangenehm auffiel: Die Küche ist nicht sehr gut mit Kochutensilien ausgestattet. So war nur eine winzig kleine Espressokanne vorhanden, es fehlt an Schüsseln, einem Brotkorb und vernünfigen Messern (Brotmesser).
Wir hatten große Probleme mit dem Internetanschluss, da die vorhandene Software nur für Microsoft-Computer tauglich ist. Als MacIntosh-Nutzer kann man damit nichts anfangen. Es sollte unbedingt im Vorhinein auf den Namen des Interentanbieters hingewiesen werden, so dass man sich eine Installationsanleitung vorab besorgen kann. Der lokale Betreuer hat davon keine Ahnung.
Angenehm wäre gewesen, bei Ankunft eine Flasche Wasser vorzufinden. Der Empfang war hastig, es blieb kaum Zeit, das Nötigste zu besprechen.

Alle Transaktionen mit der Firma Halldis verliefen ausgesprochen zufriedenstellend und professionell.
Wir können sowohl die Wohnung als auch die anbietende Firma wärmstens empfehlen.
Und würden jederzeit diese Wohnung wieder mieten.

"Dear Matteo and helpers,

Thank you for such a wonderful stay in Bologna. We loved the location of our studio at 3 Via degl'Angeli. I apologize for having to leave before your very competent representative arrived to receive the keys. We left both sets of keys on the dining table. I also left a list of needed supplies to make the stay even more comfortable. This list includes a wine opener, a bottle opener (for beer, etc.), matches to light the stove (the lighter that was there did not work and I left the long wooden sticks which make it easy to light with a match), salt and pepper (I filled the salt shaker but gave the box to my daughter to take to her apartment), and a new light bulb over the stove.

Other improvements over time could be a light to read by over the sofa on the wall separating the main room from the kitchen, a smaller refrigerator with the microwave sitting on top but with appropriate electrical outlets for both. This would allow an additional larger shelf or cupboard above both or even additional badly needed counter space if it fits. The present refrigerator size really is not needed and takes up unnecessary space. A self lighting stove would be a great asset when it is time to replace it. I cleaned the burners as best as I could as some of them were not able to light completely.

(...) I must say I do feel the price was still a little too much for the quality and bareness of the flat even with the wonderful location, as did my daughter who is studying at University of Bologna and is more familiar with Bologna.

All in all, Bologna is one of the most welcoming and beautiful cities I could ever imagine. I felt as though I finally found a city that fit me so perfectly! The Bolognese people are so refreshing and sincere.

We are hoping to visit again and will definitely be in touch with you when we do.

"Nous avons trouvé cette formule de location d'appartement très agréable et très avantageuse sur le plan financier, par rapport à l'hôtel. L'appartement est calme, spacieux, rénové récemment. Il est très calme. Il est également bien situé avec un marché très bien achalandé qui se tient tous les matins dans la rue en bas et un supermarché à proximité. Le tramway qui passe à 200 mètres permet de nous emmener Piazza Flaminio en une quinzaine de minutes.

Seules ombres au tableau (minime) :
- le chauffage central se mettait en route un peu tard le matin.
- Le chauffeau eau était un peu trop petit pour 4 personnes
- Le ménage laissait un peu désirer"

L'appartement 45/2 rue Souveraine est spacieux, lumineux et fonctionnel. Sa situation dans une rue calme dans le quartier d'Ixelles, proche des commerces et du centre, nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la ville que nous connaissions déjà.

(Nous nous permettons juste de vous signaler quelques petits détails afin d'améliorer le confort des futurs occupants :

• matelas trop fermes dans la chambre des enfants,
• 1 seul bol pour le petit-déjeuner,
• tringle de douche à revoir).

"This apartment was an absolute delight to stay in. The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully presented, the bathrooms were well equipped (we especially liked the dressing room next to the main bathroom) and the kitchen and balcony were brilliant for early evening drinks and socialising! We had 12 people staying in our apartment and it was never too crowded.
The owner was really kind and welcoming, even walking with some of our group to show us the local shops and restaurants. One member of our group is disabled and has difficulty walking long distances so the location of the apartment was ideal - although the steps after a long days sighting-seeing are knackering!
I have been to Florence a number of times and this is definitely the best place we have ever stayed in!"

"日本から予約をする方は、漠然とイタリアに対する不安から、このサイトをとおしての予約に躊躇されている方もたくさんいらっしゃることでしょう。
しかし、私達がイメージしているイタリアとは違いますよ。特に、日本の担当である日本女性の対応は、すばらしいものがありました。
私達がいだいていたヨーロッパのアパートメントに対する不安点を具体的に質問したら、その都度現場確認をしてきちんと答えていただけました。その点が一番安心できるところでした。
私達が事前に確認した一番大事な点は、お風呂のバスタブが完全に使えるか？何人でもお湯を使うことができるか?でした。それに対して、
「お湯は、ガス瞬間湯沸し器であることを、ローマのスタッフに確認しました」だったので、安心できました。他のサイトからの返事はすべてあいまいなものでしたので、そこが決め手になりました。
また、車の手配やらのべ５回ほど現地のスタッフとの約束がありましたが、遅れてきたのは１度だけ。あとはすべて約束の時間より早く来ていました。それも信頼できるところだと思います。

さて、アパートですが、私達の希望どおりのすばらしいロケーションでした。カンポ・ディ・フィオーリまで1分。毎朝、ご飯の材料を買い物に行きましたよ。最初は気が付いていませんでしたが、３日目位からなんとなく値段が安くなりました。
市場のメンバーは毎日同じなので、自然と顔を覚えてくれてたぶん表示している値段より安くしてくれていたようです。他のスーパーなどに比べると割高だとは思いますが、野菜等は大変新鮮できれいです。
部屋に戻れば、教会の鐘の音は聞こえるし。特に隣の　S.Andrea della Valle　の音はやわらかくて素晴らしいです。合唱の練習の歌声が聞こえてくる午後は、お昼寝に最高です。
暮らし始めて１～２日目は、お天気がいいとなぜかハエに悩まされるでしょう。窓を開けていると、なぜかハエが寄ってきます。結構な数でびびりますが、３.４日たつと自然といなくなりますので安心してください。
お部屋のコンセントに何箇所か通電していないところがあります。部屋にあるランプで確認しましょう。
日本で、ADSLの仕様にしていったパソコンはそのまま接続できましたよ。
台所にある大きな湯沸し器がすべての熱源をコントロールしています。冬であれば、各部屋のヒーターもこちらでコントロールです。タイマーが着いていますが、時々着火しないときがあるので、確認を忘れずに。
台所・お風呂のお湯も同じに時々着火してないときがあるので、気をつけてください。原因は不明でした。
洗濯機は、日本の常識からするととてつもなくたくさんの量の洗剤を入れないときれいになりません。
あと、食器洗い機も驚くほど時間がかかるのでほとんど使用しませんでしたが、排水が洗濯機と一緒のせいでしょうか？ときどき変なにおいがするので、そのときは使ってあげました。
セイフティ・ボックスは、私達のときは壊れていて使えませんでした。
タオルとシーツは最初から必要な枚数をきちんと確認しておきましょう。
ゴミを捨てるのにとても気を使いました。外を眺めて誰かが出しているのをみたらあわてて持っていっていました。各自がそれぞれに契約しているらしく、判断が難しいところでした。取り残されたこともおこられたこともありませんでしたが…。
最後まで、私達を悩ませたのは階段。日本でいえば４階にあたりますが、毎日のことなので、正直きつかった。
以上をクリアすれば、素晴らしい滞在になりますよ。とくにこのロケーションを求めている方には、最高のアパートでしょう。買い取って住みたくなります。
私達がまたローマに滞在するときは、迷わずこのアパートにします。

"L'appartement, situé dans un immeuble de caractère, est très agréable et confortable, équipés avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un séjour en famille. Les lits étaient fait pour notre arrivée sans compter que nous avions quelques provisions dans le frigidaire. Franchement bravo, nous aurions des leçons à prendre nous français...Cet appartement a certainement était refait depuis peu ( matériaux neufs et de qualité ), il est de plus meublé avec beaucoup de goût ( petits meubles anciens, bonne literie ). Le seul reproche, s'il en est un, est qu'il manque un peu de lumière dans la pièce principale; mais nous étions là pour visiter la ville donc c'est un détail peu significatif. Géographiquement, il est situé un peu loin du centre de Florence ( la voiture est nécessaire ). La quartier est peu bruyant, il y a un petit marché plusieurs matins dans la semaine juste en face de l'immeuble. Centre commercial à proximité. Très franchement, nous sommes ravis de notre choix et de notre séjour en général. Florence est une ville superbe à découvrir.
